Some basic overview of sleep cycles. When they play sounds during your sleep, they can re-enforce learning. This requires sophisticated scientific equipment, not something we can do on our own.
3 kinds of sleep: light, REM, and deep. Delta waves occurs during deep sleep and this is the most beneficial type of sleep. Certain sounds seems to enhance delta waves.
